Suitable for Dry, Sensitive or Normal Skin/Hair

Use once a week:
~Add a teaspoon to your hand and enough liquid (water, apple cider vinegar, witch hazel, honey, or milk) to your hand to make a small paste.
~Massage lightly into skin and let it set for 10-15 minutes.
~Rinse with warm water and pat dry. (do not use metals to combine clay with liquid)
