Shipping

We ship orders within one business day. 

In store Pickup

Live in the neighborhood? You can place an order and select "in store pickup" for free. We just ask for two hours to get your order together, and then you can just swing by to pick it up. Orders places after 5 PM will be available for pickup the next day. 

Returns

Sometimes orders don't work out and we completely understand. Just contact us, and we will email you a return shipping label. If you issue a return within 7 days after your order arrives, we will issue a full refund. Returns within 8-60 days will be for "store credit". Sale items are non-returnable, due to their rarity. 

Gift Wrap

It's free! We can ship most items in tissue, with a bow. Jewelry can come with a jewelry box, if wanted, as well. 

Custom Orders and Alterations

We can do custom orders and alterations for local customers only. Alterations are for clothing we sell and are always handled in store at time of purchase. Stop by and see us in person!
