Vintage styling, and modern ease come together in this complete outfit of a dress! 

The shoulder ruching and elastic waist give a blouson fit in the bodice, (a little loose - like a shirt tucked in,) and the pockets in the skirt make it a no-brainer for days you need to be put together, but have better things to worry about. Pair it with your favorite sneakers, ponytail, and jean jacket for a great daytime outfit! 

If you have a particularly curvy frame you may want to size up, as this fabric has no stretch, but the silhouette is forgiving when you're in the right size. Rita wears and XXL and wears an XXL in most brands. 

The fabric is a bit of a mystery as it is deadstock, but Rita thinks it's a polyester blend :  wash cold and hang dry or hand wash.

PSSST: you can also just hang it up so it can air out if you didn't sweat too much or get anything on it. - we do this all the time, and it keeps the fabric in better shape for years! Rita recommends washing every 2 wears or less whenever possible for all of your 'nice' clothes.
